Contact and lead information

When you submit the scope form, the website stores the information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, company, answers and message. It is used to respond to your request, prepare a scope and manage the business relationship.

First-party analytics

Analytics starts only after you choose “Allow analytics”. The website may then record pages viewed, referral source, campaign parameters, device category, country when supplied by the hosting platform, button clicks, form start and time on page.

The IP address is not stored in its original form. A one-way keyed hash is used for basic abuse control and visitor counting. Analytics data is kept for up to 395 days unless it is needed for security or a legitimate business record.

Visitor journey and CRM

Before a form is submitted, analytics uses an anonymous random visitor identifier. If a consenting visitor sends the form, that session can be connected to the CRM lead. This helps explain which page, source or campaign led to the request. It does not create an advertising profile and the data is not sold.

Email

Personal replies about your request do not require a marketing subscription. News or campaign email is sent only when you explicitly select the marketing consent checkbox. Every campaign should provide a working way to withdraw consent.

Your choices

You can decline analytics and still use the website. Clearing this website’s local storage resets the analytics choice and anonymous identifier. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by contacting oleg@abramov.lt.
